I ordered a Cake for my Daughters birthday and I must say, The service, taste and time put into creating and making the cake and cupcakes was definitely done to an high standard and tasted delicious! It was really a great experience ordering from Mackays. I ordered cupcakes for my friend's birthday in London from India and have to give it to Karen, she did such an amazing job. From preparations to delivery she kept me in loop at all times and delivered them spot on time in such short notice. Thanks to Karen the cupcakes turned out so much better than I expected. Sadly I couldn't taste them but my friend said they were amazing!

One word comes to mind about my experience with Mackays Jamaican Kitchen ‘WOW’. Everything was excellent from start to finish honestly. I made a last minute order but they went out of their way to ensure I got the perfect cake for my occasion. Karen’s very helpful and attentive with your needs as a customer. The cake itself was amazing- soo tasty and a perfect design. 10/10
