Sugar Treats Ltd. was amazing to work with. I live in Canada, I messaged Lola in England with a short notice request ( possibly the Wednesday or Thursday before) to have a cake delivered to my sister on the Sunday of Easter weekend as it was the anniversary of my dad's passing. She was more than happy to do this for me. I was able to pay via Paypal online which was super convenient. She decorated the cake in purple and pink as requested and included golden butterflies which was an awesome added touch as butterflies can be a sign of loved ones that have passed on. My sister was super surprised and was overwhelmed by Sugar Treats' customer service and delivery to her door. All of this before we even get to the cake. The cake was absolutely stunning and beyond delicious! My sister didn't want to eat it at first, as it was too gorgeous but once she tasted it, she knew it wouldn't last long. Thanks again Sugar Treats! You made a hard time so much brighter for my sister and her family and on a holiday weekend I might add. You are fabulous and I hope to use your services again! I was so pleased with the end result of the Birthday cake, the Crystal Palace theme cake looked amazing. Lola got everything right from taste to the texture of the cake, all the little details were spot on, cake was delivered on time. Excellent customer service and I will be recommending sugartreats cakes to family and friends. Thanks again lola, everything was perfect.
