We booked Delicieux Cakes to do our wedding cake last month. A month or so before we received flavour samples (5 in total) which was really helpful in deciding on what 2 flavours we would chose for our 2 tiered cake. We ended up going for Red Velvet and Vanilla and we couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. Renza was very professional, helpful and friendly throughout. She FaceTimed us to go through all the details of the cake and also sent us a design. When she came to the house, she decorated the cake beautifully with fresh roses and peonies, as well as a gold leaf decoration around the cake. Everyone who came to the wedding loved the cake and there was more than enough to go around everyone at the reception and for people to take away also. 100% recommend.

It was probably the hottest day of the year in what were extremely difficult circumstances due to Covid and a limit to the number of guests that were allowed to attend our wedding. Nonetheless, Renza delivered the most stunning cake for our big day and the presentation was backed up by the taste of every individual layer (which comprised of three different flavours) topped with the exact flowers that matched our colour theme. The cake even stood the test of the high temperatures and was exquisitely set up. The attention to detail was impeccable and I highly recommend Delicieux Cakes to anyone looking for a bespoke cake that tastes even better than it looks!
