This is the second time I have ordered cupcakes from Mindful Food London and I have really enjoyed the cupcakes both times! The first time I ordered choc biscoff/pie crumble/passion fruit. This time I ordered choc biscoff/coconut oolong/red velvet. Each cupcake has been made with love and effort and I would never have otherwise known that the cupcakes are vegan. Each cupcake is nice and moist, not dry at all and all maintain lovely flavour. My favourite is the choc biscoff but I loved them all! Also, Mindful Food London has undertaken extensive research in regards to sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging, which is a nice touch and very impressive considering there are not currently many cupcake companies which focus on this aspect as part of their business. All of the packaging used by Mindful Food London is 100% recyclable. Therefore, I would especially recommend this company if you would like to try and make more of an active effort in regards to using environmentally friendly materials, recycling etc. My family also really enjoyed the cupcakes and we will be recommending Mindful Food London to friends and will defo be ordering again. I bought Mindful Food London Mother’s Day cupcakes were absolutely delicious. They were super soft, the flavours were pungent and the icing was literally the icing on top for us as it brought out the flavour even more. Free from refined sugar and vegan(!) - these are definitely the best cupcakes I’ve had! To add to this, Jade’s exceptional customer service and personal delivery was an added touch of great customer serving making their customers feel that extra bit special and providing a carefree shopping purchase. To top it all off - I love that Mindful Food London are #Mindful in every way - from their ingredients to their packaging (recyclable!). We loved Mindful Food London and will definitely recommend to all! Thanks for making our mother feel that extra bit special!
