I wanted to get my daughter an Lol Surprise cake for her birthday. I went in store and I think it was the manager, was very helpful she looked through pictures online with me until we found the right one. This made me feel like a valued customer and made me want to buy the cake from them even more. Once I went to pick up the cake, it was past my expectations, I was more than happy with the outcome. It was nice to see how happy my daughter was once she saw her cake. My next occasion I will 100% be coming back to cake box. The cake was fluffy, sweet but not too sweet just perfect.

We called in branch but also wanted to let the head office know too! I regularly get cakes from your Wealdstone branch and the cakes you make are amazing! And the customer service is fantastic! Thank you Dillon for a excellent cake!
