Julie at the customer service is super helpful! Also shout out to the car washing folks who returns my cart back to asda Here is the story, I was with family shopping and parked my car in parking lot for washing. Finished shopping and walk back to car without putting the items to trunk. We drove off! Can you imagine how stupid it is... 2 days later, I came back and the folks at car wash told me that the cart was sent back to customer service. I went there, Julie was star! She is super helpful and went beyond to find the receipt. Processed refund in a gift card! True legend! Thank you!
