Great spot that put some sparkle on what was shaping up to be an underwhelming night. Amazing customer service from the senior Egyptian waiter, who really makes you feel at home and provides a first-class service. The cakes are to die for, fresh, great flavours, high-quality ingredients with a real melt in your mouth quality. Absolutely top notch. The ambience within the café is great as well, luxurious yet simultaneously very relaxing, and it really is an amazing place to unwind and enjoy some quality time with friends or family.

This is my favourite out of all the Caffè Concerto's. Great location and spacious seating area outside with great views. It's less busy/crowded than the one nearer to Harrods which is great, as I've always managed to get a table here even in busy times as they have capacity (even when the other one opposite Harrods has been full). The staff are excellent -so nice and brilliant service! I like that it's not so loud/busy as the other one - you can relax and enjoy the food/atmosphere without the excessive noise.
