I’ve been there only once and had the crispy air pancake and a small chocolate raspberry meringue. They were to die for. The pancake was such a different concept. It was crispy on the outside and light and creamy on the inside. Comes with a fruit compote made with pure fruit, no added sugar from what o could tell and it was just delicious. The chocolate strawberry meringue was delicious too. So light and delicate. It’s on the pricey side but understandable because the desserts were as good as any desert I had in Michelin starred restaurants. Will definitely go back.

This is a real experience. You can tell that Albert Adriá has worked as pastry chef at some of the best restaurants in the world. A real experience of clever flavours and presentation from start to finish. And an absolute bargain at £36 for the afternoon tea menu, considering how much other hotels charge. Our waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Heartily recommend.

Food was spectacular, the mash potato was so smooth and buttery absolut perfection. If your coming for lunch for dinner, def make space for dessert the baklava was amazing, and the palette cleanser such a unique experience. We had such a good time we had to call the chef out and thank her personally! Will def be coming again.
