This place is simply heaven on Earth for cinnamon buns... Take one, and another one, and another one... And share this tip with all your friends!!! If I was living in London, I'd be coming back here every single weekend!!! I really enjoyed the coffee too and the little terrace in front of the place is just pure perfection! Such a cute little gem! Out of all the Fabrique locations, I'd really suggest you to stop by this one, since it's quite hidden away and has a really chill vibe ✨

A perfect hidden bakery under the Overground. I recommend the blueberry buns, doubt you've had anything like it before. Baked just right. Grab one and pair it with a flat white on a chilly day.

Great place next to Hoxton overground station to have a coffee and croissant. Would highly recommend the saffron croissant - a unique bake I have not seen anywhere else.
