A massive thanks for barista Silvana who helped me to find my bag! You are a gem in the team! The food here is delicious. The environment is comfy. Their service is wonderful. I forgot my bag at Gail’s 2 weeks ago. I went to see if they had it and they still kept it for me. It was a life saver because I had some important documents in the bag. Would highly recommend Gail’s Ealing to every one I know! A cafe that put its customers first deserves to be praised!
