Little Nest Bakery has to be one of the best things to happen to Brockley (and me) in the past year. Sim and Ayla bake and deliver the best baked goods around and their rye bread literally brought tears to my Danish husband's eyes: the best rye bread to be found this side of the North Sea! We're also big fans of their cardamom buns and I live for their apricot and pistachio cookies. I'm just glad they don't deliver daily because my waistline couldn't take it!

How lucky are we, to have such delicious bakes on our doorstep (literally, you can have your order delivered if you live nearby)?! So far we have enjoyed the springiest sourdough, beautiful buns (chocolate and pistachio a particular favourite) and buttery biscuits. It’s helpful to follow Little Nest on Instagram because they often have last-minute extras to tempt you, for delivery or collection (you know you’re at the right place by the smell!). Enjoy ?

I love the Little Nest ladies, they have kept me going the past year with their amazing baking. My favourites are the chocolate and pistachio buns, all the cookies (why choose?!) and the special rum balls last month ????. If you are in SE London and need a treat for the weekend, this is for you!!
