Amazing customer service called the store as my friend left her walking stick in store told the lady over the phone that I will pick up outside as I will be walking my dogs in the same time. What an amazing lady came out to give me the stick back very friendly and absolutely amazing person. I highly recommend that store it’s a pleasure to shop like that

It's true that Waitrose can be more expensive than other major supermarkets. However, the quality of its products is high and there is a good variety of pretty much everything. In the specific one I love the fresh-ready to eat sushi ? and relevant kitchen.

Very good store, love everything about it. From picking up John Lewis items ordered online to a well stocked store. Wine selection very impressive. Staff always helpful and not as overly expensive as some say.
