I always get such great service from any of the ladies who work here...and it is especially appreciated now when it seems most shop assistants are using Covid as an excuse to severely drop their standards of customer care! Always friendly, helpful and polite staff. Well picked or well trained I can't tell but they are all an asset to Gregg's and so I've gone out of my way to write this review. Seeing as I read my receipt today I know I was served by a lovely lady called Leslie. So thanks Leslie, your great bedside manner and helpful assistance is much appreciated especially during these very difficult times when a smile goes a long long way!

Location, service, steak bake (all) on point! 100++ stars ! I was going to wait for the vegan sausage roll but the steak bake was calling! ? The steak bake pastry is too good with that crispy pastry bite that leaves you wanting another and another but if you have to watch your weight it's that or a vegan sausage roll or a chicken bake or vegetable bake... English breakfast tea - cheapest but goes well with pastries and sandwiches. ON Point! ? Overall superb place, service and food! Wheelchair accessible entrance!? 100++ stars just for the steak bake!
